According to calculations, Fangda Special Steel has a gap of about 7330m3 / h, which needs to be met by purchasing liquid oxygen. At this stage, the average price of liquid oxygen is about 800-1200 yuan / ton, which increases production costs. In order to meet the oxygen supply of blast furnace smelting, while reducing liquid oxygen procurement and reducing production costs, Fangda Special Steel opened in September 2019 in view of the small investment in PSA oxygen generators and the short construction period of the project. This project adopts the method of oxygen-enriched air blowing before the machine. The produced oxygen is directly sent to the blast furnace fan inlet pipe. After mixing, it is sent to the blast furnace through the fan. The supporting 1 # blast furnace provides 6000Nm3 / h and 85% purity oxygen to make up Most of the oxygen gaps can reduce the externally purchased liquid oxygen costs by more than 48 million yuan after the project is put into production.
As the first-stage oxygen production equipment built by Fuda Pioneer for Fangda Special Steel runs smoothly, the product gas indicators reach the design value, which fully meets the oxygen demand of the blast furnace.
